We recognise the importance of family and cultural relationships through inclusive practices by respecting the funds of knowledge families contribute, with families being welcomed at all times.

We are open and honest with families about their child’s day and experiences and engage in daily informal conversations with families. Profile journals are used as a two-way communicative tool for teachers sharing and supporting individual family needs.

We respect and support children's emotional well-being, and promote their health and safety while viewing the child's whole context.

We value free play as an interactive learning opportunity, extending on children's strengths and interests. Our environment promotes exploration through self-expressive experimentation.

Regular routines provide predictability and security with children contributing towards their own daily routines, encouraging confident independence through self help skills, being mindful and respectful of individual needs.
